We Welcome Siri H. Kjellevold – New Country Manager for NIS Norway

We are pleased to announce our expansion into the Norwegian market and to welcome Siri H. Kjellevold as the new Country Manager for NIS Norway.

Siri brings over 20 years of experience in business development, project management, leadership, and strategic workforce planning. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a clear focus on building effective and sustainable organizations.

She is particularly committed to creating inclusive work environments where employees can grow and contribute to their full potential – a philosophy that aligns closely with our core values.

Before joining us, Siri led EY Norway’s global initiative for Interim Professionals and Contractors. There, she built a successful business unit that delivered critical expertise during key transformation periods. Her ability to connect the right talent with the right assignments has been a defining feature of her leadership.

As Country Manager, Siri will be responsible for establishing and expanding our presence in Norway. Her focus will be on delivering tailored interim solutions to clients and building a strong team of finance and accounting professionals. Siri’s combination of strategic vision and operational capability makes her a key driver of our continued Nordic growth.

Outside of work, Siri recharges in nature – preferably hiking or skiing in the Norwegian mountains with family and friends. She’s a curious and avid reader, often found knitting by the fireplace with a good podcast or book close at hand.
